You will have access to patient medical information through past consultation history on Maple, as well as files and records added by patients. For some consultations, patients may also be prompted to fill out additional intake information.

During a consultation, click the hamburger menu on the right-hand side of the screen and select Health Profile.

Click on the hamburger menu in the top right side of the screen.
Select "Past Consults." You'll be able to see consultations the patient had with any doctor on Maple (unless they decide not to share it).

Click on the patient’s name on the top left.
Under History, select Past Consults.

From your Maple dashboard, open the Consultations tab and select the consultation you wish to view records for.
