I'm experiencing a technical issue on Maple

Basic troubleshooting for bugs, error messages, or other IT problems with the Maple platform.

Here are some preliminary steps you can take to help identify what isn't working correctly:

  1. If you are on the mobile app, make sure you are using the most recent version. For more instructions, see our Downloading the Maple app help desk article, available here.

  2. Ensure you use a Chrome browser to access Maple on your computer.

  3. Could you try replicating the problem on a different device (ie. does it work on the mobile app but not on a web browser?)

If that doesn't help, please report the problem to our team. The more information you can provide, the quicker we can identify and resolve the issue! Here are some details that may help:

  • What were the events that led up to this?

  • What did it look like when the issue was occurring? Could you provide screenshots?

  • Did the issue resolve itself? Were you able to finish the consult?

  • Is this the first time the issue occurred, or has it been occurring often during multiple consultations?

  • Can you confirm the specific consultation you were in when this issue occurred?
