Once a prescription is issued on Maple, the patient is prompted to accept it. They can do this during the consultation or once it’s completed. After accepting, the patient will select a pharmacy for pick-up or delivery. Our system will automatically fax the prescription to the pharmacy.
Maple’s contact information will be listed on the fax. If the pharmacy or patient has questions about the prescription, they will contact Maple’s Customer Support team. In these cases, you will receive an email from our team. We ask that you respond to these emails in a timely manner so that we can ensure the patient is able to get their medication.
Please note that if we are unable to reach you within 48 hours to resolve clarifications on a patient’s prescription, the consultation may be refunded.
