If you are not receiving notifications for new consultation requests, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:
Have you logged in to your Maple account in the past 30 days? If not, your account will be automatically disabled, and notifications turned off. Logging in will correct this automatically.
βCheck your notification settings, as described in our notifications help desk article, available here. Note that some high-volume specialties have SMS notifications turned off.
βCheck your availability by navigating to Account Settings>Profile. Under Set Availability, ensure you are set to available β Notifications will be muted if you are set as unavailable.
