Maple offers premium rates for on-demand consultations during overnight hours, weekends, and statutory holidays. Provider fees during these times may be slightly higher than on weekdays, which is reflected in your compensation when you complete these requests. The timestamp used to determine these payments will be when the consultation was published by the user (ie. when it enters the triage queue). Exact payment amounts will depend on the specialty — please speak to our support team for details.
Scheduled consultations do not have premium rates overnight or on holidays and will be paid at the regular rate. Payment is calculated using the EST time stamp, regardless of where the provider is located during the consultation.
