Steps for setting up SMS, push, and email notifications for your Maple account.

There are three types of notifications you may receive from Maple:

  • SMS message: received as a text message to your mobile device. SMS notifications are turned off at the system level for some high-volume specialties.

  • Push notification: like an SMS message, push notifications will show up on your mobile device, but clicking on a push notification will open the Maple app itself. Push notifications are not sent out when you are actively using the app.

  • Email: notifications will arrive in your email inbox.

You have the ability to configure these notifications. Please select your device to learn more about adjusting your notification settings:

Adjust notifications on an Android device

Please note that SMS notifications are not available on the Android Lite app. Push notifications must be enabled by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://app.getmaple.ca/providers on your Android device.

  2. Log into your provider account and click Enable Push Notifications.

  3. Click on Add Maple Providers to Home screen at the bottom of the page to install the app.

Adjust notifications on an Apple device

  1. Log in to your Maple account and click Settings.

2. Select Notifications.

3. Toggle notifications on or off as applicable.

Adjust notifications on a web browser

  1. Log in to your Maple account and click Account Settings.

2. Navigate to the Notifications tab. Toggle notifications on or off as applicable.
