When results for a requisition you’ve issued are returned to Maple, our Clinical Operations team uploads them to the patient’s account. This makes them accessible for both you and the patient.
To ensure prompt and efficient communication, lab result notifications via email are mandatory for all providers. This means you will automatically receive email updates regardless of whether you have notifications toggled in your account settings.
While email notifications on by default, you can still choose to toggle off SMS and push notifications in your settings.
Enabling lab results text notifications
Navigate to Settings>Notifications.
Enable notifications for requisition results (you can select whether you’d like to receive notifications by email, SMS text message, or in-app push notifications).
Once your results notifications are enabled, you’ll receive a daily notification by SMS or email.
