The number of consultation requests available depends on various factors, including the time of day, your jurisdiction, and your triage score.

Our system automatically assigns a triage score to each provider to determine when they get notified of consultation requests. The score is based on several factors, such as location, licensure, and level of activity in the Maple app.

If you’d like to keep your triage score high, you can:

  1. Mute notifications when you’re away from the app and unable to pick up consultations.

  2. Log in to Maple often and action as many consultation requests as possible.

  3. Take immediate action when reviewing requests by accepting, rejecting, or marking them as emergencies.
