Patients who are located outside of Canada will be unable to use any prescriptions or lab requisitions issued on Maple. If you’re matched with a patient who resides or is located outside of Canada, and they specifically request a prescription or requisition while travelling abroad, we recommend that you reject the request or complete the consultation without charge.

In cases where a prescription or requisition was issued and the patient is unable to use it, the patient may be eligible for a refund, and provider payment would not be issued.
