Upload messages for patients to the consultation summary for completed visits

Once a consultation is completed, you will no longer have access to the chat function. However, you can upload messages to the Consultation Summary. Here’s how:

  1. Compose your message in a word processor (like MS Word) and save it.

  2. In the Maple app, navigate to Consultations, then find the relevant consultation and click on View Consult.

  3. Click on the Uploads tab.

  4. Click Upload a file and add the saved document with the message.

The patient will receive a notification that a file has been uploaded. The CS team is also available to reach out to a patient on your behalf if you need assistance — just let us know!
