Contacting a Patient After a Consultation is Complete

Once a consultation is completed, you will no longer have access to the chat function. However, you can still send messages to the patient by uploading a file to the Consultation Summary.

How to Upload a Message to the Consultation Summary:

1️⃣ Compose your message in a word processor (e.g., MS Word) and save the file.
2️⃣ In the Maple app, go to Consultations and locate the relevant consultation.
3️⃣ Click View Consult and navigate to the Uploads tab.
4️⃣ Click Upload a File and attach the saved document.

📌 The patient will receive a notification once the file has been uploaded.
