If you were disconnected or accidentally navigated away from an active consultation, follow these steps to rejoin:
Join an Active Consultation — Web Browser
Go to your Maple dashboard.
Look for the consultation under Active Consultations.
Click on the patient’s name to rejoin the session.
Join an Active Consultation — Mobile App
Open the Maple app.
Tap the green plus sign in the bottom right corner of the screen.
This will bring you back to your active consultation.
