1. Patient Accepts the Prescription
Once you issue a prescription, the patient must accept it — this can be done during or after the consultation.
2. Selecting a Pharmacy
After accepting the prescription, the patient chooses a pharmacy for pick-up or delivery.
The system automatically faxes the prescription to the selected pharmacy.
3. Handling Pharmacy or Patient Inquiries
Maple’s contact information is included on the fax.
If the pharmacy or patient has questions, they will contact Maple’s Customer Support team.
If needed, you will receive an email from our team requesting clarification — please respond promptly to avoid delays.
4. Response Time Expectations
📌 If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, and the prescription issue remains unresolved, the consultation payment may be revoked.
