Learn how patients receive their medications after you prescribe them on Maple.

1. Patient Accepts the Prescription

  • Once you issue a prescription, the patient must accept it — this can be done during or after the consultation.

2. Selecting a Pharmacy

  • After accepting the prescription, the patient chooses a pharmacy for pick-up or delivery.

  • The system automatically faxes the prescription to the selected pharmacy.

3. Handling Pharmacy or Patient Inquiries

  • Maple’s contact information is included on the fax.

  • If the pharmacy or patient has questions, they will contact Maple’s Customer Support team.

  • If needed, you will receive an email from our team requesting clarification — please respond promptly to avoid delays.

4. Response Time Expectations

📌 If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, and the prescription issue remains unresolved, the consultation payment may be revoked.
