When To Complete a Consultation Without Charge
You may choose this option at any time based on your discretion.
If you only see the option to complete without charge and cannot complete with charge, a diagnosis may be missing.
How to Add a Diagnosis:
In the consultation chat room, click on the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner.
Select “Diagnosis” from the menu.
Enter the appropriate diagnosis and try completing the consultation again.

If You Completed a Consultation Without Charge in Error
Contact Customer Support right away if you accidentally completed a consultation without charge. If too much time passes between the consultation and your request for correction, we must obtain written patient consent before reinstating your payment.
⚠️ Closing a consultation without charge in error can cause downstream effects, including:
Patients disputing charges.
Manual adjustments to your month-end payment.
