🚨 Do not click "Complete Without Charge" unless you are certain the patient should not be charged.

When To Complete a Consultation Without Charge

  • You may choose this option at any time based on your discretion.

  • If you only see the option to complete without charge and cannot complete with charge, a diagnosis may be missing.

How to Add a Diagnosis:

  1. In the consultation chat room, click on the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner.

  2. Select “Diagnosis” from the menu.

  3. Enter the appropriate diagnosis and try completing the consultation again.

If You Completed a Consultation Without Charge in Error

Contact Customer Support right away if you accidentally completed a consultation without charge. If too much time passes between the consultation and your request for correction, we must obtain written patient consent before reinstating your payment.

⚠️ Closing a consultation without charge in error can cause downstream effects, including:

  • Patients disputing charges.

  • Manual adjustments to your month-end payment.
