Specialist referrals are not enabled for all consultations. Only patients with select partnership or membership coverage have access to this service.
You can identify whether this feature is enabled when reviewing the consultation request.
If a user has submitted a request primarily for a referral, which is not enabled, we recommend closing the visit without charge.
