Our Customer Support team is available daily from 7am to 10pm ET to assist our healthcare providers and patients with technical troubleshooting and support.

Before being connected, you may be prompted to see if the answer to your question is in our existing library via our chatbot. Please select the option most applicable to you — The chatbot is programmed to have a wealth of knowledge, but it is unable to answer your question you will be connected to our live team.

Directing patients to support

You can direct patients to contact our team by:

  • On a web browser, direct them to log in to their Maple account and click the help button in the screen's lower right-hand corner.

  • In the mobile app, direct them to click Help>Looking for something else?>Contact us.

Alternatively, you can request that our team reach out to the patient by email.
