Eligibility for Seeing Private-Pay Patients

If Your Affiliation Has Changed
If you were previously affiliated with one of these plans but are no longer affiliated (e.g., you opted out or did not renew your provincial license), you may become eligible to see private-pay patients on Maple within those provinces.
