Changing the email address on your Maple account

To change the email address associated with your Maple account:

  1. Log into your Maple account and click Account Settings.

  2. Under Email, enter the email address you want to be associated with your account.

  3. Click Update Account.

    1. You will receive a verification email to the new email address; you must click the link in the verification email to finish the setup.

  4. Email the Provider team at [email protected] to notify them of this change and ensure our internal records are up-to-date.

Please note that providers cannot use an email address already associated with a patient account to create their provider account.
