To change the email address associated with your Maple account:
Log into your Maple account and click Account Settings.
Under Email, enter the email address you want to be associated with your account.
Click Update Account.
You will receive a verification email to the new email address; you must click the link in the verification email to finish the setup.
Email the Provider team at [email protected] to notify them of this change and ensure our internal records are up-to-date.
Please note that providers cannot use an email address already associated with a patient account to create their provider account.
