To change the email address associated with your Maple account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Maple account and go to Account Settings.

  2. Under Email, enter your new email address.

  3. Click Update Account — you’ll receive a verification email at the new address.

  4. Check your inbox and click the verification link to complete the update.

  5. Email us at [email protected] to notify us of this change and ensure our internal records are up-to-date.

📌 Important: If you also have a patient account on Maple, you cannot use the same email address for both your provider and patient accounts.

Tip: Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see the verification email.
