Please also provide your phone number and daytime availability for the upcoming week so that the Provider Team can schedule a brief call with you to verify the information you've submitted.
Once we've verified your updated information, we'll update it in time for your next payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the update to take effect, so make sure to provide us with your new information as soon as possible to ensure your payment is on time.
