To update your bank account information for receiving payments from Maple, please send a copy of your updated void cheque, including the transit number, institution number, and account number to [email protected].

Once we receive your updated information, we'll update your information in time for your next payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the update to take effect, so make sure to provide us with your new information as soon as possible to ensure your payment is on time.
