How to Update Your Banking Information:

    • A copy of your void cheque (including transit number, institution number, and account number).

    • Your phone number and daytime availability for the upcoming week.

  • Verification Call:

    • Our Provider Team will schedule a brief call with you to verify the information.

  • Processing Time:

    • Once verified, your banking details will be updated for your next payment cycle.

    • Please note that it may take a few business days for the update to take effect, so submit changes as early as possible to ensure timely payments.
