Maple uses the care recommendation feature to ensure patients have met eligibility criteria before accessing certain specialties.

Once a care recommendation is issued, the patient will see the care recommendation on their Maple dashboard (the main page). Clicking the care recommendation will allow them to request a consultation with the specialty the recommendation is issued for.
