Missing or cancelling scheduled consultations

If you know in advance you are unavailable for a scheduled consultation, please cancel the appointment so that the patient can reschedule.

If you don’t attend a scheduled appointment, the patient will be refunded and you won’t be paid for the consultation. If you know you can’t attend an appointment, please cancel it by:

  1. Logging in to your Maple account.

  2. Under Upcoming consultations, select the consultation you wish to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel. You will be prompted to enter a reason for the cancellation, which will be communicated to the patient.
