For each provider you refer who completes at least 300 visits with us in their first three months, we’re pleased to offer you $1,250. The referred provider will also receive $1,250 upon meeting this milestone. Your referrals are instrumental in building a strong team dedicated to providing timely access to care, and we’re grateful for your role in helping us grow our network.

There’s no timeline for this bonus; it’s indefinite until otherwise stated.

This bonus is only for providers who have signed an agreement directly with Maple. It is not available to those using the platform via Shift Collab, KixCare or our Health System Partnerships (HealthPEI, Nova Scotia Health, or eVisitNB).
