Do not click “complete without charge” unless you’re sure the patient should not be charged.

You can opt to complete consultations without charge at your discretion.

If you are trying to complete a consultation with charge and are not seeing that option, it’s likely that a diagnosis has not been entered.

To add a diagnosis:

  1. In the consultation chat room, click on the hamburger menu on the top right.

  2. Select “Diagnosis” from the list of menu options.
