To reset your password:
On the Maple log-in page, click Forgot.
Enter the email address you used to register for your Maple account. An email will then be sent to your email inbox. Please check all your email folders, including Spam and Junk.
Follow the link in that email to enter a new password.
For security purposes, providers may be prompted to update their password at regular intervals.
